It’s really cool how your kid finally starts sleeping through the night consistently for a month
but your body is so used to the 1-3 interruptions of sleep every night
and the 2 additional cups of coffee you started drinking daily
and the need to occasionally shut your eyes for a minute in between zoom calls to keep going
and the constant expectation of poor sleep
that your sense of truly good sleep is forever lost
such that even when you do get a week of pretty consistently good sleep
you somehow still feel like Jeff Goldblum yawning during a TV ad
