Underrated automation I set up on my Mac.

I made a Shortcut that, with a key command:

• quits all my work-specific apps (Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.)
• takes any unfinished work to-dos and reschedules for that evening or tomorrow morning
• switches off Work focus
• turns on Family focus

Really helps with the “setting boundaries in a remote work setting” thing, you know.

Automation is pretty cool 🤘
