I genuinely believe each remix on this album is excellent and unique and presents my work in a new light. It speaks to the malleability of music and the power of community, and I want each remix to showcase this. Each collaborator deserves a little bit of focused attention.

I’m experimenting. I consider the Bandcamp release sacred, and those who want to hear the full thing have in many cases already bought it (which is amazing!). Streaming is a different game, one that I don’t want to invest in but I know enough of the “rules” to know how to play with low effort.
So, each streaming release is an opportunity to both showcase a remix/artist and tease the whole album.
- I am in no rush. I got through a massive backlog of pent-up music last year and it feels great to be on the other side of it.
I am slowly writing a 4th album, but I am under no deadline and want to make what I put out reaches (or exceeds) the bar of quality & honesty I’ve set for myself with my past releases.
I even have some new stuff near-ready to share, but I want to sit and take my time with these.
