Today I’m thrilled to announce that we’ve rolled out Dark Mode for @Buffer! 🌚

This has been one of our most highly requested features for a while now, and is a long time coming. It’s a result of lots of critical modernization of the Buffer web app, and deep care & attention to detail among our design & engineering teams.

It’s also a huge step in the direction of Buffer being a hub for calm productivity for creators. We were inspired by the Japanese concept of “komorebi” (light filtering through forest leaves) to create that sense of calm, rather than just inverting our current light mode.

This is just a step, and I’m so excited to have taken it – yet there’s still so much more to come.
